    Default nightstalk advice


    gonna get up early and hit the water about 3 and try my luck. i dont hav any lights to put out yet but i thought i might float some minnows around some boat houses that have lights on them. just wondering if anyone has any luck doing this. i got a couple of spots that might do ok a daybreak if all else fails. thanks

    If the docks are lit up pretty good, it may pay off for you. I've never tried it, but I don't see why it wouldn't produce.

    Thumbs up Bama .....

    it's been my experience that docks with lights are a haven for fish. The lights, whether dim or exceptionally bright, do tend to bring in baitfish. This, coupled with the dark hidey holes and ambush sites, created by the dock and the lightsource, combine to draw fish around them.

    Shoot the docks with light jigs, if you can't get a minnow under them.
