    Default Cool new weather map

For those of you who love to look at the weather. Weather.com has a new interactive focusable weather map that is the most accurate satellite I have ever seen online. You can focus in and see the exact edges of rainclouds right over your house or where you are fishing. When I first discovered this we had a nasty thunderstorm coming in with 60+mpg winds and we watched the whole thing live from the computer. It was very cool and for those of you with tornado problems, this could be a life saver. At the top of the map you can choose between sat maps or road maps, change the transparency of the clouds, focus in and out nearly right down to your driveway or the whole nation, and animate the clouds. It uses microsofts virtual earth mapping which is currently my favorite satellite mapping program used by local live.

This map was my previous favorite, and I still like it a lot.

That is the best satellite and map imaging I've seen.

I've been looking at it too Grizz. I actually left work one day, when it looked like I would get wet for sure, but according to the map I could fish in my area for a couple of hours without any real threat of rain. It at least worked for me that day.
