Default EPA may be forced to make you add costly devices to your boat

Everyone should look at this video and do what you think is in your best interest.

very good RANGER. I filled out all the necessary forms. I did not know of this situation. Thank you very much for enlightening us. Jump in fellows. Make your senator and representative aware of where you stand.

As it said in the video, "it is ridiculous" that something like that could go unchecked and allowed to come to be. The original regulation was never intended for recreational boats. But let me give you an example where intent and interpretation gets confused and the hardworking taxpayer gets jammed (once again) by big brother. A Federal Court deemed Lake Hamilton, AR as a "federal 'navigable' waterway" giving the Coast Guard jurisdiction on lake. The original intent was to regulate a large dinner boat and the tourist duck boats who carry large numbers of passengers and never meant for small fishing guides. Nonetheless, we are now required to have a OUPV captains license in order to guide on Lake Hamilton. The EPA thing can happen. I'm just not sure I have the confidence anymore that anything can be done about it. Signed -- Tired of fighting battles that have already been decided.

Yep, sounds as though we're outnumbered and out gunned. Peta, Coast Guard, COE, EPA, Federal Judges, ACLU, just to name a few. Is this what we get for going to the polls and casting out vote? Baaaa

What makes me shake my head is that whoever struck this down, in their mind, think that they are doing the right thing AND they are in a position of power. Sound familiar?

Default where does your water come from?

Sure thjere are some very stupid ideas running around out there, thats cause just plain simple wont work.We get our water out of a TVA lake, the water plant sits at the end of a deep cove, that is also a party spot for the tourists and house boats. when a simple no boats allowed area was suggested, it was deemed loss of freedoms. When the water in our lakes that are also being used for drinking water, get so contaminated, then you will be paying to clean it up another way, at the meter.By the way, if they lower our lake anymore because of dam problems, uncle sugar has to find water for almost 200, 000 folks, not including tourists.
