    Default Jonboating at KY Lake.

Me and Honey have been staysing at the lake house trying to get in the groove of me being retired (almost). Been leaving the Jon boat in the water and coming home in the afternoon and going out a few hours. Been catching fish in 11 to 15 foot of water out from the cow pasture (prob FISHING and catching some of Gary Manson's stuff). PappaCrappie knows where I been. ha . We were floating minnows. That's what Honey likes to do.

Here are a few pics of the leisure life. DonG, as you can see, I have lost 20 pounds and got 20 to go. Hard to do when you pass the 60 benchmark! haha

Fish been ranging 12 to 14 inches in length. When cleaning the fishes, looks like the some of the smaller females are absorbing the eggs.

Stopped by to see 1Weezer several times so I could check out that 997. His boat wasn't home (ha). He must be loading his boat with money.

By the way, how you'all like my state of the art live well?

We had a large time. Would have taken more pics, but forgot the charger.

Pete, this is Jon I sunk 3 times. haha

    Just to share.

ED, as you can see, I got me Crappie.Com T shirt on. Thanks.

    Tom

I got it at Grizzly Jigs. I think they are called Perriot Built holders. They come in all sorts of configurations. All stainless. My pal Darryl Morris introduced me to these holders.

You doing ok? I got a bunch of emails from you. I ain't read them lately. haha

No wonder you weren't home when we called you! Glad to see you relaxing.
I know exactly where you were, too.

    hah.

Forgot to mention that the fish are stacking vertical and suspending and they are stacked thick! Covered the screen of my sonar top to bottom and side to side on several occasions. Hard to get a bite. Brenda (several times) checked her minnow only to find a fish on. Sound familiar? The bite is light but they are "catchable".

We will be home tonight. I got to water my garden and flowers.
