    Exclamation Fun On A Crappie Rod


    Was out Crappie fihing late this afternoon-Had caught a few.Threw out a second rod with a slip cork an minnow. WHAM-the rod was nearly jerked out of my hand before the bobber stop reached the bobber! After a several minute fight that seemed like 1/2 hour,this was the catch. 22.75" long- 6lbs. 14 0z.!!Go"s to show ya never know what else you might catch Crappie Fishing!! By the way, also ended up with 8 keeper Crappie and threw back several short ones!! Good Luck To All!!

    Yep, But my 7 ft. Wally Marshall Rod Sure didnt let me down. Another reason it"s my Favorite!!

    Nice catch Dennis, minnows always work on about anything. Oh I also believe in the good ole Wally, you can't go wrong with them.

    Know the feeling as the last time I went I was trolling along from one spot to another and got a hit. I started to like him and felt it get much heavier and for a second thought he hung me up, but then it was fighting, but funny like. Once I got a look I had a double rig on and both had a bass one so that is why it felt funny and heavy.

    Were not anything like yours in size, but 2 bass on a 10' crappie rod is a good pull!
