Default Price per pound of crappie...

Ever try to calculate the price per pound of the crappie you've caught.

Weights of fillets you've caught in the past year. Divide into sum of: boat payments for year, gas for boat and vehicle, electronics, bait and tackle, fishing and boat permits, specialty clothing (like rain suit), fillet knife, ThermaCell, etc.

    Caviar is CHEAP!

But Crappie fishing is cheaper than therapy... or a mistress

I only eat a couple meals of crappie per year because the water around here is contaminated with mercury. The crappie I eat probably costs a few hundred a pound... but I release a lot of them.
