    Howdy all,
    May 8th, 2007
    I got into a mess of fish totalling 50+ between the gills, pumpkinseeds, crappie all on bobber less then 12" from jig over 2'-4' FOW and slammmmO'D em.
    SORRY, picture are fuzzy but that is 35mm for ya. Great with long distance shots but fuzzy close-ups.






    Biggest was only 12 1/2" but it was almost every cast fishing from 11a-1p. :D

    I wish, all C&R only on the river. That is why the fish'n is so good.
    I still got some striper from VA, from a few weeks ago, any how. I can get some lake crappies if I wanted too. I like 'em fish. :D
    I wish I could get a take like that, only if I had help clean'n 'em.

    sounds like maybe the Upstate NY spawn is finally getting going - gonna have to get out and get some. Maybe Wed or Thur after work, for sure at some point this weekend!

    Nice outing camo. I hope I can have a day like that!

    thanks guys for all the great comments.
    Hope to have another great day next week. The fish are moving around, water is changing every day now. The water is full of little hatched fry and most of the little fishies are off beds and I'm seeing more and more big bass up in shallow about to spawn I think.

    yep, I do believe that the crappie are close to the end of spawn, or the ladies are moving on and the males are guarding. I say lots of little minnows or fry up shallow yesterday and the gills and bass up in shallow now too. :D
