Default slow trolling with rod for brim

Does anyone have say one rod dedicated to brim while slow trolling for crappie? If so what is your set-up? I caught a bull brim today about 10' deep while slow trolling and it got me to thinking about setting up one rod for brim, any thoughts? I caught it on a small black jig with half a Berkley honey worm.

It may be worth trying. You may be able to try a small rooster tail or something like that or maybe one of the micro crank baits.

Get the smallest microspoon in black and tip it with a small piece of that honeyworm or use a crappie nibble. Me and a buddy took over 200 in two days using them at Ky lake.
