    Question Surprised at Peryville


    Surprised to find the water dropped out this Sunday. Decided to fish the pumping station at Beech Bend instead. Was just as surprised to catch 10-15" (no shorties at all that day) crappie in 3' of water fishing 18" deep. Thought they would be deeper. Fished buckbrush with minows and blue/white jigs. Not a great day but felt better after I saw the river was low.

    What was the water temp.....that is suprising indeed!!!
