The start of a new era!

The wife and I had our granddaughter Saturday evening so we decided to go for a trial boat ride. The granddaughter LOVED IT:D . She sat on my lap and "drove" the boat (ha ha). Now thats all she talks about. Can't wait to teach her how to use her first jig pole . Bugs and Hogs, this is what you have to look forward to in about 2 1/2 years.

She's a beauty, Speck. Grandkids are a real blessing. We have 5 now, 3 boys and 2 girls. The 2 girls are the oldest and they love to fish with Grandpa. Will take the older boy, 3 yrs old, out for his first fishing trip next weekend. The other 2 boys are a little young yet. Maybe next Summer.

Must be something about the weather and soil conditions in Missouri cuse it sure makes good looking Grandbabies. I have 2 of them that I'm going up to visit this coming weekend, cause it's kids free fishing day at Bennet Springs near Lebanon and my Granddaughter wants Papaw to take her fishing. Just a little drive from East Texas but we do anything for them Grandbabies. Isn't that right Speck, they do have a way with spoiling us don't they? hehehe Enjoy. Ferdi aka FRED:D
