Default Monday Morning Fishing Trivia #14

Two brothers from Indiana started a fishing lure company in the 1920's with some financial help from their grandpa. They sold painted lure bodies without hooks to the Creek Chub Bait Company and they sold finished lures of their own to the public under another company name. Who were these brothers ? and what were the two company names of their company? I will give a hint later today and give the answers tonight.
