Led light clamps for Jon boat

I was surfing CL today and came up on this little boat with some very interesting led spot clamps. Does anyone know where I can find these clamps? I have the lights, just need the clamps themselves to mount around the front. I like using spots and submersible light when fishing at night, but I haven’t been able to install my spots, because I haven’t found a way I want to mount them on my Jon. But, now that I have seen this I think I found my solution.
