3/32 jigheads are the first size I reach for when I hit the lake. They are sometimes hard to find but well worth the effort.
I haven't used that size in over a year though I always carry some. A few days ago while fishing deeper water, I figured I'd try one vs 1/8 oz. especially drift trolling. Man did they come through actually enhancing different lure design actions!
Now I'll try to find that weight with different hook sizes on Ebay.
Of course the 1/32 and 1/16 oz jigs are better at skipping lures way under overhanging tree branches to shaded shore line drops.
1/16 oz
The more you fish the more you discover.

I have the hardest time finding 2/32.
Everybody tries to sell me 1/16 , but I don't want them.
I WANT 2/32!!
