Shakespeare ATS line counter reels

I'm having problems with the button sticking on the counter and not zeroing. I've cleaned and oiled them than after a few trips the same thing happens and the counter quits working completely. Is there someplace were you can find parts for these reels? I know $27 isn't much for the reels but I'm starting to get a collection of broken reels. Maby I need to upgrade to a better reel with metal gears. Does anyone have any experience with the Diawa Lexa 100 LCR?

I have not cleaned or oiled a reel in years. Here is what I use....a couple times a year I spray my reels down dripping line and all with this. If my line counter button stick i spray it. I keep a can in the boat. It stops seat pedestals from squeaking too.
