Road Runners will work in muddy water. The willow leaf won't put out the vibration that a teardrop or cupped blade will though.
How well do roadrunners work in muddy water? Ive used them with good success in stained and clear but never really fished muddy water before. Would it be better to stick with jigs? I know they cant see the blades but maybe the vibration would attract them. Ive fished spinnerbaits for bass in muddy water and i know its the vibration that attracts them wasnt sure if crappie are the same.
Its all about how ya wiggle it!

They work well! Black & chartruse work well in muddy water as well as pink and black.
I totally agree with Caseydrew! Black and Chart. would be my first choice and a Roadrunner would be a perfect choice.
