Default dawn to dusk pitching jigs

I don't do it much these days as I don't have the time most of the time . But I was blessed with the chance to hit 3 different lakes the other day .
It was raining a bit at my first stop and the fish were in 7 foot of water about 6 foot down .
It was hot and humid and sunny at my second stop and the fish were 3 foot down in 14 foot of water .
It was still hot and sunny at my third stop and the fish were 22 foot down in 25 foot of water .
I wore the crappie down pretty good first stop in an hour before work at around 25 fish .
I only managed 4 in 20 minutes at my short pit stop on lake 2 on my lunch break.
I finished my day after work struggling to get tuned into fish so deep after a day of shallow fish and struggled to boat a dozen and a few on the dock .
but it was fun and I got to hang around with my buddies on 2 of the visits and I didn't keep any fish .
I pitched everything I could think of at them and in multiple colors and styles .
I even got DESPERATE at one point and used split shot to get my jig to the fish
that's my story and I am sticking to it

This is a great pic of a Black Crappie and a White Crappie. Shows the difference in pattern, coloration and shape too.

Congrats on your catch. I'm hoping after I get my hip replaced next week I can have renewed vigor to fish 3 lakes in a day again.

    Regards

Great catch, I can hit two different lakes easily, but three would be a stretch. You are a fish ketchn man for sure, keep it up!!
