    Default Stockton is producing

Crappie are being caught all over the lake in the last three days. They are being caught at all depths, depending on exactly where you are and what time it is. they are on the bottom most places in the morning and evening and moving up in the water column during mid day. Not many caught in shallow water, less than ten feet. I have used many colors plus a silver spoon, small. Sometime they like bright, others smoke, and other times a combination color tube.

So they are not spawning? But they are biting in deeper waters?
I thought this was the time of the year you caught them along the banks?
Did the cold weather spell bypass the spawning season?

I guess it dosen't really matter as long as they are starting to bite!:D
