    Default Thumper on a thumper

Yesterday while bass fishing I caught this one with a vibrating jig I make.

A few minutes later I watched another come up and suck in the bait. The first one was pretty nice but this one was a doozie.

I usually use 4-8# line and up to 1/8 oz heads. Now I'm wondering if 3/8 oz heads and 20# is what I should have been using all along.

Sounds like you got in to the PC crappie, and these identified as bass?

    Slabs! Bigger baits bigger fish.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!
