onboard charger / parallel batteries?

I have an onboard charging system that has seperate leads for 2 batteries.
I now have the two batteries hooked in parallel. My question is do I need to unhook the parallel setup to recharge the batteries.
Once again, 2 batts, in parallel, both with + and - leads going to the onboard recharger.

No, you don't have to un hook anything. I have the sam set up on my Lund....Pete

you don't have too but i think they charge faster unhooked i installed a blade switch betwen the + posts on my parelle set up so when i get ready to charge them i just flip the switch and plug up the charger
i have a three bank charger
