Any Clearwater lake reports

I've been watching this thread to see if anybody had any info. I fished it several years ago and caught a decent amount of crappie. If I remember correctly my trip was in September though. They are in there I promise! Mine were suspended over about 20 feet of water and I was catching them at about 12. Funny that I remember their depth but am not 100% certain what month it was :D

I would love to see someone give reports on Clearwater Lake. I have a lady I would like to go visit that lives in Piedmont. I could kill 2 birds with one trip, crappie fish a little and visit with her. Bad thing I can only go visit when her husband is out of town.

I fished Clearwater quite a bit the past few years. It seems like good numbers of crappie but no size. Try the Webb Creek arm. That's where I find most of them. Good Luck.
