minnow bucket

I was looking at the tread on crappie camp awhile back and someone had a unique minnow bucket that would dispence one minnow at a time they had a link to purchase them i cant seem to find it that post is so large can anyone help me out with that link and would like to know without giving away and patent or anything like that explain how it works thanks in advance
