Default 38 and a north wind of 12 ....brrr

I don’t get out near as often as I used to and this morning is my window to go. I feel like a tournament angler in respect to having this weather to contend with and an appointment to try to meet some fish . Anyway wish me luck yawl , the boat is in the bed of the truck ,the paddles are at ready and my enhanced anchor is on a tattered rope .
We will try to find crappie with just our knowledge of them on this water body and look for some bream later in the am . Hopefully I will return with some fish photos and tall tales about said outing .The challenge is real and it’s game on in 1 hour ....

    Good luck!

I'm definitely passing this morning and may do so this afternoon as well.

I was tournament fishing yesterday. High of 42, 20mph winds, rained all day and we had snow for a while. Fished the main lake, in the wind, and was just short of a 2 man limit. We took 2nd place. He did you do today?

I hate fishing in a cold wind but love how it bunches the crappie up in the creek channel
