Fish quantities for condos?

I've been reading the articles about the pvc condos. I was wondering on average how many fish do you catch from each condo with 8 or so pieces of pvc stick up? Ive been using crab apple trees weighed down with cider blocks. Yes I do lose some jigs but the fish seem to like this type of tree and the trees seem to last for a good long while. I can usually pick up between 20-30 fish from each tree that I have sunk. What about the plastic condos?

If you can catch 20 - 30 off the trees you have sank you are hitting a home run.... now the quality of fish may not be too good but the number is great...
Attached is a condo I built.... but I have not had a chance to fish it.....
They are easy to make and sink...
