    Hi all!!! Just caught a good mess of Lake Eufaula crappie But realized I haven’t fried these things in several years. Can any of you give me a good batter recipe. Thanks in advance, pictures coming soon

    Quaker Yellow Corn Meal ... fried in Peanut Oil (neither one adds any flavor to the fish)

    I started to use Andy's also, I do not use any egg or milk. Just get them wet and coat. Super easy less mess and work

    Louisiana brand New Orleans style and a little extra ground cayenne pepper.
