I need some information. I ordered a crappiestix pole yesterday. I didn't receive and order number or any information. I have emailed them twice and get a reply saying there is no such email address. Does anyone have a phone number for them? I'm wondering if I got robbed. I ordered it from what appeared to be their website. Thanks

I got my rod with no issues. I don't see a phone number on their website. Maybe Flopping Crappies on YouTube could get sold of them. They are a sponsor of his.

You can contact Andy the owner of ACC (Andy's Crappie Company) though messenger or facebook, he always reply's first chance he gets usually 4 to 6 hours.

It is a very reputable company. I bought a rod off of their website last summer everything was great. I have emailed them before and received a response in a reasonable amount of time. You should be all set.

I agree with everyone Andy is a outstanding guy and its best to reach out to him via Facebook or phone. I know they are quite busy right now with fishing season fired up! You will love your rod when you get it. They are usually pretty quick to ship also. I usually get my rods within 3 days of ordering.
