    Default crappie master boats?

I didn't really know where to post this, but does anyone know of any used crappie masters boats manufactured by bassmasters that may be for sale?

Hey dawgdaze, I just ran across this and I realize it's been a while but if you still need a boat, we are Bassmasters who build the Crappiemaster. we are still in business and we should have our site back up this week. Let us know if we can help with anything!

    Default Some suggestions

I am glad to see the Crappie Master Boats are back in production. I have owned one since 2002 and it has served me well.
I am not sure that you shouldn’t re-name it the dockshooters special because the drop deck gets you closer to the water and the low profile helps in the wind and that’s hard to find in a fiberglass boat.
Now here is the one big complaint that I have, Long line trolling, there is no way to attach any rod holders. You can’t drill a hole or put a screw in the floor, I have tried, and there is no deck to drill.
If you mount your rod holders up front like you show in the pics on your web site, It’s ok for spider rigging or tight lining or whatever you want to call it but not for long lining. You have to reach to far forward, and it is always in the way when you deploy the trolling motor.
If you guys could attach some sort of device to the floor to allow for mounting some long stem rod holders this would allow for your rods to be close at hand and keep you on top of the trolling motor, to maintain better boat control.
So here is what I have done, it’s not pretty but it works.
A1x6 red oak board and ½ inch dowel rods that fit into the pin holes for theseats
