    a day or two of fishing weather, followed by a day or two of too cold to fish, at least too cold for me.

    It was 15 here this morning. Yes, it's cold but our local TV talking heads act like none of us ever saw or worked in cold weather. Last night they spent a huge part of the 6 and 10:00 news telling us how to dress. Come on TV people. Do you really think the general public is not smart enough to put their coat and gloves on?

    Ahhh, the local news! Teach us how to dress and share recipes. I might get two minutes worth of useful info out of each hour of broadcast!

    Down to single digits here last night, currently 21 deg.. Tonight supposed to be down around -5 to -10 with 18 for high tomorrow, then up to 60 deg. by weekend. Pneumonia weather for sure...

    Suppose to get to 59 here today followed by some colder weather followed by some warmer weather! In NC you have to keep summer and winter clothes readily available.
