    Default BnM Poles

I usually use proangler rods. These all measure 4’6” from butt to tip perfectly. Recently I got wild hair and decided to try bnm sharpshooter in 4’6” just to try it out. There seems to be some extra handle material on these so you can adjust the spinner to your comfort zone. In any event the BnM measures 4’8” from butt to tip, even though it’s marked 4’6”. I always heard that the only dumb question is the one that’s not asked. Since we’re all here to learn, I’ll leave it to the experts to explain this quandary. Thanks in advance!

The Chinese guy who built the Pro Angler rod is smarter than the Chinese guy who built the BnM rod.

The extra 2 inches is on the bottom at the handle, I think to give a little more room for the sliding reel seat rings. It’s not a big deal, just wondering if they’re all that way.

You can't use a Chinese tape measure on American poles.

Have seen several tickets written on Enid due to people measuring fish by the ruler made onto the top of coolers made in China . You are correct that a China made ruler is different to ours . lol
