    Default Slab sauce

What's everyone's favorite, original or garlic? It's getting closer to the time of year that I like to use artificial baits and I want to be prepared.

Get em both! Some days the fish like the plain but most places I fish I think the fish are Italian! They love the G sauce!

I want to understand what the season for artificial baits is? I haven’t bought a minnow in a very long time. Both slab sauces do well, but I haven’t gotten to the garlic yet. The original is doing well for me.

I just prefer to use minnows especially during the colder months. When the water temps rise and fish go to spawning I will use some artificials.

I am with Skeetbum on his opinion. They both work, however my personal favorite is the Garlic slab sauce.

I have both in boat and let the crappie tell me which one they want on that particular day.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!
