Rookie needs help

I am new to this and very computer illiterate. Can someone help me figure out how to attach a jpg picture to a message?

i use photo bucket to store my pictures in and use the link at the bottom . just copy and paste it in the message . you can resize them there for post if you don`t it will make the messages bigger than the screan .
