I have the 4 holder but have only used them twice with no problems. It takes a little time to get adjusted to them.
Anyone have these? I have been researching some holders for the boat (my homade ones are ok but....) and ran across what seems to be a really good deal on 2 - 4 rod holders and all the hardware. Are they worth keeping if someone gives them to you???:D

i am not associated with this company but he does great work and great prices
I've used the Black Widow Ultra version, and they work GREAT! Best I've ever used.
I have two ultras. They are tuff. They work for pulling as well as spider rigging.

I think the mistake a lot of us make is thinking the state-appointed shrink is our friend.
Black Widow Ultras are great!

I guess I am in the minority since lots of people here use Driftmaster and you guys seem to use Black Widow rod holders (Never even heard of them before), but I can't find anything wrong with my Bee Ready Rod Holders.

I have 2 of the 3 rod holder ones with a riser and mount. I especially like the new mount that attach to my pedestal and no holes drilled in my boat to use the rod holders. No rails needed either.
Scroll down to the pedestal mount...

I used the black widow systems until Driftmaster made their new T-Bar systems. They are much better than the tite-lok and they dont cost as much. I can get them for you at a discounted price and have them shipped straight to your house. plus the owners are great to work with.
