    I set my depth highlight to 15' +/- 5'. This highlights all depths 10'-20'.
    I set my low water depth at 5'. This highlights everything 5' and less in red so I don't bust up my lower unit or get hung up on a mid-lake sandbar or worse.

    Great info there Doug. There’s a lot of advantages to the newer units, i need to move up to one soon.

    It’s not a feature of the unit, it’s a feature of the LakeMaster map cards. I used it on my 1199HD. I’m sure any core unit that is capable of running the LakeMaster will run it.

    This tutorial is included with my fishing trip bookings at no extra cost.
