    Default Jig under a bobber...

I put one of my chartreuse jigs under a bobber to see what it would look like, but the jig was in a diagonal position, which may have been because it was tied to the line. Do jigs always look diagonal, or do I need to adjust something?
    It didn't look right.

Was the knot sitting funny on the eye of the hook?

Yeah, just adjust the knot so the jig is horizontal.

Tie a loop knot to the jig so it hangs horizontal.
That way you do not have to readjust on every fish.

take your line, loop it around two fingers, run the jig head through it twice pull tight. Makes a nice loop and the jig hangs proper and you don't have to readjust the knot after catching a fish.

Just adjust the knot on the eye.

Video on setting up a jig and float. This works with any tub jig for Crappie to.
