You can't one hand it, it's too heavy. It's a nice net, easy to store and stay out of the way in the boat. The newer ones also float.
I haven't had any problems with mine but people on here say they also have excellent customer service.
I need to buy a new net, looking at the Adventure Ego Reach, extends 8.5' Rubber Net - Ego Fishing Gear Anyone using one of these or have an alternate suggestion?
Thanks
Mike

I have this net coming from Japan. It extends to 10 feet and weighs in at 3/4 of a pound. As you can see it can handle some weight....but of course it is not cheap. I have used an Ego Slider for a lot of years but it has become too heavy for me.

The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"Specktackle thanked you for this post
