You don't own the lake and you can't complain about it here and get support from most on this site by threatening action against fishermen. Relax. Have fun and understand that public resources means all of the public that chooses to use the resource can use the resource.
I don't think interfering with a hunt is cool and I would not do it to somebody. By interfering with a hunt I mean actually messing with your decoys, blind or dog. I do not mean quietly fishing a point you are set up on or near. I have come to understand the only way to control the hunt area is to go private. If you don't own it you don't control access.
