    At the Darbonne gathering Billbob handed off this BnM combo for my Grandson Aiden

    Excellent!! That Billbob sure gets around. I know the young man will enjoy the rod, tell him we need fish pictures with it. I had to read little mans hat a little closer, I thought it said “Goober”. For a minute I thought he was getting ahead of the curve.

    congratulations to the young man, yes fish pictures needed...and yes Skeetbum, My eyes need checkin' again. After you mentioned it, I had to go back and still can't make it out. But at first I as well thought it said GOOBER as well...LOL.

    Yeah he did, but I forgot......it does distract a bit

    Little man (Adam) is a hat guy and usually charms his way to get one on every visit to "Papa Steve's" house. This one "I yoosta be a Yooper" is a play on words, I lived in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for 22 years, the UP population are called Yoopers. Now that we don't live there any more, we used to be Yoopers.

    I don't think we could get a hat for Billbob that says he Yoosta be a Goober, cause he always will be.....along with a few others on this forum!

    Glad to see the rod made it home. Bilbob is a treasure, and Ed is a master do gooder. B & M is great. Honored to have met you and your friends at the LDFA (Lake D'Arbonne Fall Gathering), and hope we can do it again.
