No, but I ordered one to replace an old Berkley cherry wood. It's just like his, I think, the CR5 6' Light power, Moderate-Fast action, 2-piece. Its hard to find a 6' light or ultra-light in a store, which is what I like for bream and crappie.
Seems Richard Gene has been using Cadence rod and reels lately. Anybody know much about them?

"Alive without breath, as cold as death; never thirsty, ever drinking, all in mail never clinking."
I'm kind of curious to know if they are sponsoring him, he's got a great big Cadence decal on the lid of his cooler.
There is a guy on YouTube called Regular dude John, a while back he and Richard did a joint video together. Regular dude John had a Cadence rod and reel giveaway on one of his videos, I'm guessing he may be sponsored.....so just a hunch is that Regular dude John talked Richard into trying one on a video and they (Cadence) may have sent him one as a thank you.

If you check further you’ll find reviews of how bad those reels are. QC is not good at all.
