Default Catching lots of Slabs Central North Carolina

Went out in a rented Jon boat at my favorite lake here in Central NC. I was surprised to find them even though I really killed it last year in this same spot.

Goes to show that you don't have to have 50K in equipment to catch fish.

Yeah i usually just troll in my regular Jon boat. Probably have about $1300 invested in rods, motor, battery, and baits but at this point its just the cost of nibbles and spray for attractant and im good to go for years.

Congrats on catching some good ones! Gotta love the Fall bite.

Get yourself a Hawg Trough bump board. They can be made to float easily.

Good Luck next time you go!
