    Default Got my first crappie:)

Finally, the monkey is off my back. I caught him off a dock in about three feet of water on a worm. He absolutely hammered it-

Hopefully more to come He was about 10 inches- what is a keeper? Not that I would have let my first go anyway

Nice, you have got some prime eating right there.
I define a keeper as whatever is legal in the particular body of water that I am presently fishing...

Congrats, but I am more concerned about the fish two up from the crappie in the middle. Did you scare it, or does it have mad-cow disease, or did you accidently step on it?

Looks like you got a bunch of those nasty green sunfish around. I would get as many of those outta there as I could and try to get some bluegills going. Where abouts in the country are ya? Looks like a male that might of been on a bed. Nice job
