    Default Ranger Seats

Can anyone give me suggestions for keeping the seat pedestal from becoming loose after I swivel a few times? It’s like it loosens when I swivel one way but doesn’t tighten when I swivel the other way. I have a RT188C with the screw-in type pedestal.

    Lubricate the seat peg.

I have different seats but found best lube with least mess is an old candle . Wax does not leave mess oil does . Sure nice when seat does not squeak every time you turn seat .

I just grab it with one hand and give it good ole "hand tighten", and she doesn't move after that.
But my wife tells me I don't know my own strength...
