    Default Caught a few crappie this morning, moss


    Well Carl and I made it back on moss this morning, it felt good at day light but that didn't last long! I'm like Catfish Dave, I hate summer!!!!We caught a few but as it got hotter the bite left us, just wouldn't bite, made it til lunch time and gave up. put 21 crappie in the boat, Carl had the big fish, just over 14 inches, I was right behind him with a 13.5, Carl took home 9 nice crappie to eat. Man I hate summer!

    Glad you'll put a few in the cooler! Heat is a bummer anytime when fishing or working. I would have rather been fishing than working yesterday!
