    Is Clarks Hill and Strom Thurmond lakes one in the same? Also can you use either a GA license or a S.C. license there? Last but not least, any goods crappie guides for the lake? Thanks!

    they are the same lake and ga and sc has lisence reciprocal agreements. dont know about any guide services available, but im sure theres plenty of em there. do a search on google and see what you can pull up..
