Default Got a steal on a boat:)

Guys, I have been limited to bank fishing- don't get me wrong, I love it. But today my lake access has increased considerably I just picked up a 14' jon boat for 70.00! She needs some TLC, but she floats. All I need is a trolling motor and she'll be out on the water. Lookout slabs, here I come!

What a deal. Plenty of money leftover to rig her up!

I'm jealous. I've been looking for a 10-12ft jon and haven't seen anything close to that cheap! Congrats!

Congrats and I am sure you will have a great time with it. Now fix you up a few brush piles for the summer fishing.

Again I am happy for you and your new found access!

If you have any leaks get them welded and get after them crappie!

    Congrads on your boat.
I'm sure you'll find plenty of ideas from the people here.

    Where you from NRALOVER?
How big of a lake you going to be fishin?

Good luck with your new love. \

Thats what my wife told me once when I informed her, "I found a new boat that I just love. So I'm going to buy it.":o

I am from Missouri I will do the majority of my fishing at a small 16 acre lake, and maybe some at a few larger lakes in the area. Also, my father in law was so happy, he gave me a trolling motor for free! Man, my day just keeps getting better!
