    Default Pickle Juice!

I am a fan of watching the Tour De France when I have time as it’s going on right now. And I get leg cramps and sometimes hand cramps in this heat. Pickle Juice is what they are drinking for cramps. I tried this stuff and it nocks heck out of them right away. Shop the net for best prices. They been making this stuff to carry with you for about 16-17 yrs.

I have leg cramps at night sometimes...I tried plain old pickle juice and it works for me....and I also tried just drinking a ounce of apple cider vinegar before bedtime and it works too. It tastes better if you mix it with a couple oz. of grape juice tho. But to avoid the sugar its best to just drink it straight.

Been meaning to try that pickle juice drink. And like G says, apple cider vinegar is good as well for all sorts of things not just cramps. It will take your breath away drinking it straight though, like to mix mine with warm water and drink it in the morning before coffee. If I drink it at night I get night sweats real bad, very good to detoxify your body, as well as a natural fat burner and has anti microbial properties that are great for the immune system.

Since I don't care for pickles, I take potassium pills. My doctor prescribed 1500 mg pills, and they work for me. You can also get some over-the-counter.

I've read where apple cider vinegar is available in capsule form, for individuals not wanting to deal with the taste. As "G" said there are many benefits, it also lowers blood pressure. There is a product offered by Hylands that is excellent for leg cramps. It is a homeopathic over-the-counter medicine. It's can be found at Walgreen Drugs and other pharmacies handling Hylands products, Hylands also have an earache medicine that works very well.

I like the taste and drink pickle juice when I start to cramp in my hands. Almost immediate relief. If you do not like the taste chase it with your favorite beverage (smile).

I have been told that a tablespoon of plain yellow mustard will also stop leg cramps.
