No sir, not for "fishing" purposes, anyway.

U can still,use lead for dove hunting. But not duck or goose. Fishing weighs are fine

Some told me that a lot or all of the bait stores don’t sell license anymore. U have to get them from. Ky fish and wildlife web site. I had company down last week and he just googled ky fishing lic and bought one from some place in Florida would be mailed ? So get u license before u come. Hope u catch some !
