I received 6 packets of plain tin alloy jigheads from www.timmytoms.com a few days ago and I just got to getting a pic of them and making a post. They are very light for their size which is something I really like because I do a lot of slow fishing in still water. They are also shiny which will attract fish more than a typical jighead. They look like they will take some abuse without significantly changing the way they look. The quality of the pours is excellent and I can't wait to try them. These are quality jigheads.
I suggest that a few of you jig tiers should get some of these. They would make some killer hair jigs. If I had some of these heads with a black body and green chart hair tail, I would use little else when a jig was called for for shallow spring fishing. Being that the heads are a little bigger than similar jigs of these weights they will also be easier to hold when removing fish. Thanks TimmyTom - Great work.
