    Default A start to cranking

A big shout out to Mitch and Pico.....I placed my first order for Pico's on, I believe it was Tue, and they arrived on Friday. Woo Hoo. Now to get to Ky or Barkley lake the 14th of July to see if I can even begin to apply some of which I have read here on pullin cranks. Thanks to everyone that has contributed advice, pictures, etc. Just what I need....another outdoor addiction.Name: PICO S.jpg

Looks like you will be able to pull about 36 rods at a time!

TM batteries are new this year, 31 size optima`s. TM is a 65lb, 24 volt MinnKota pulling a 17` bass tracker aluminum V. Should be OK if I have to resort to the TM. I was hoping that the gas motor would idle along at 1.5 mph or so and use it. I have read of both being used when pulling cranks.
As to the number of rods, I`'ll probably keep it simple for awhile. Get the hang of two, lol.
