About the only solution I know of is to find a good rod repair guy in your area to replace the eye for you. And good ones who like to do it are hard to find. Thinking of getting basic rod repair stuff and maybe taking a class so I can fix my own poles. I can replace one myself now, but the results are much less than spectacular.

I never throw a broken rod away as you can salvage eyes and pieces off them.

I have used Jans and the service is excellent and good prices -- go on line for that free Catalog.. I would also use glue to keep any more Ceramic from popping out

JannsNetcraft, Or Mudhole will have everything you need. Go to YouTube and you will find loads of videos on rod repair and building. I would get a complete guide set and completely redo the rod with guides that have the stainless inserts like you find on most new rods. Fun hobby and cheaper than replacing a rod.

You would think b n m would have better service than that. I myself have 12 b n m poles and have had to use their CS. Never been impressed with their CS as most businesses in this industry are good.
