was wondering the exact same thing when I got my seats
Does anybody know what these holes are for?

It looks like it should be for an accessory of some kind but as far as I can tell millinium doesn't sell any accessories for it.

might be a good place to hang pliers, scissors, clippers, cup holder etc, if can figure out what to use to fit those slots.

We had that same question come up before, but I don't remember any definitive answer being given. Lots of "ideas", but no specific purpose was ever given. Probably best ask the manufacturer.
I believe those are adjustments slots for kayaks.

They look like the type of hole where you put a round object in and it goes down. I think if it was for and kayak adjustment the hole would be flipped 180. Just my guess though. I like the idea of tool holder. A screw head end for sure or a small clip type to attach

Here is my guess. Since this seat evolved from their tree stands I assume they use same frame and those holes have something to do with the mounting hardware for the climber part of tree stand.

I talked to Gene about that. He said it was part of the original design that was never actually used but he left it in the design pending future applications

I asked the same question in January, got several opinion but no "official" reply from Millennium. I hang a towel from one side using a clip. I'll have to dig up my picture, but I mounted a screw through a swivel bracket on a cup holder withe the screw head being the exact size to fit the large hole in the slot. Then it slides down the slot and anchors the cup holder in place. Works really well and only takes a second to mount or remove.
