The Pico perch is hardly "new". I have been removing the front treble and replacing it with a big willow-leaf blade and slow trolling them for everything swims.

Well Brian.......Pico has been around since 1933....starting out as the Padre Island Bait Co....and I was born in 1945. I still have the True Temper steel casting rod and South Bend bait casting reel that I learned to fish with too.
